The Company is pursuing a significant Energy Charter Treaty claim for €600+million in damages against the Republic of Slovenia and accelerating into US onshore gas and helium processing with a maiden investment in a 60MMscfd gas processing plant which purifies helium and has a 550Mcfd liquidation tank.
